The suspect arrested in connection with the shots fired at Rihanna's Beverly Hills home on Sunday has been identified and booked on suspicion of attempted murder.

Arrest records viewed by Entertainment Weekly reveal that the suspect has been identified as 35-year-old Ivanna Lisette Ortiz. The suspect was arrested after a number of shots were fired from a car, a white Tesla, toward the "Diamonds" musician's home on the 9500 block of Heather Rd. in the Beverly Crest section of the wealthy Los Angeles enclave. Bail for Ortiz has been set at $10,225,000.

The incident occurred around 1:20 p.m., the Los Angeles Police Department previously confirmed to EW. The shots were fired toward the gate of Rihanna's home before Ortiz was taken into custody. Neither the musician nor anyone at the residence was harmed, the LAPD rep confirmed.

NBC4 Los Angeles reported that the suspect allegedly shot seven to nine rounds from an AR-15-style semi-automatic rifle.

Officers followed the suspect to a parking lot in Sherman Oaks, where she was arrested. According to an LAPD radio dispatch cited by the Los Angeles Times, the woman fired off "approximately 10 shots."

Rihanna, 38, bought the $13.8 million mansion in 2021, and currently shares the home with her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, 37, and their three children, sons RZA, 3½, Riot, 2½, and 6-month-old daughter Rocki, after he sold his nearby home in 2025. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate stands at 7,600 square feet in the same neighborhood as homes belonging to the likes of Mariah Carey and Madonna.

While the FENTY Beauty founder was reportedly home at the time of the incident, it isn't clear at the moment if Rocky or any of their children were also at the Heather Rd. residence at the time of the shooting.

No injuries were reported, and authorities have not yet released a motive.

Representatives for Rihanna did not immediately respond when EW reached out for comment.
