In a little over one week, reality TV fans will have their eyes glued to their televisions watching the dynamics inside the "Big Brother" house.

"Big Brother" is set to return to CBS for a 28th season. So, when is the "Big Brother 28" premiere?

The CBS press release for the season didn't say new houseguests would enter the house, rather it just said "houseguests" (a change in wording from previous season announcements). But that does not mean returnees are definitely coming back.
