Our first full week of May arrives, and as we venture more fully into the abundant bloom of spring, Taurus season is truly upon us.
While we will certainly still feel the rumbling effects of last week's Flower Moon until the middle of this week, the effects will slowly fade. Until then, though, we may still feel quite intense and “all or nothing” about everything.
Another significant factor this week is that we have Pluto, the planet of transformation and rebirth, freezing to a halt on May 6. In the entire week that a planet begins or ends a retrograde phase, its powers are especially noticeable in our lives. Pay special attention to anything, anyone, or a decision — even if it's one you're making — that pivots or “switches directions” at this time. The good thing is that when Pluto is asleep, his harder life lessons become more internalized and are less oppressive on us and on the world scale.
As for cosmic weather for the week, we are feeling extremely fired up, particularly on the 4th. However, this energy begins the weekend prior and goes until nearly the coming weekend, and while we may feel overconfident, passionate and fierce, it will be best to lie low and not be too impulsive. Beware bad news or power struggles around communications or ideas on May 5.Beyond that, the week should be smoother sailing—and the weekend could be especially joyful.
