Jeremy Allen White recently said he took home a 400-pound butcher block table from the set of The Bear, shipping it from Chicago to Los Angeles
In response, the show's Lionel Boyce told PEOPLE he's "disappointed" he didn't take something bigger
Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Abby Elliott and more cast members shared the smaller mementos like knives, aprons, and wardrobe pieces they took to remember their time on the show
The cast of The Bearwalked away with plenty of mementos when the hit FX show wrapped production, but no one scored a souvenir quite as large as the one Jeremy Allen White "stole."
The Emmy winner, 35, revealed he took home a massive table that had been a staple of the show since its earliest days.
“There's this big butcher block table that's been in the corner of the restaurant that you saw when the show started in the sandwich shop. It's the only thing that really remained during the evolution from The Beef into The Bear," White shared on the June 3 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live."I stole that."
“It weighs about 400 pounds, so I got it shipped out, " White added, detailing how he had the piece transported from the show's Chicago set to his home in Los Angeles.
Some of his castmates were stunned that he managed to take such a large item from the set.
“I'm jealous,” Lionel Boyce, who plays pastry chef Marcus, told PEOPLE of his reaction to his costar’s keepsake from the show. “I didn't know I could take something that big.”

“I took a lot of Marcus' shoes, some hats and coats. I stole some of the aprons. Stuff like that,” Boyce added of what he took home once the show stopped filming.
“I should've been thinking bigger,” he added, while joking, “ I'm disappointed with what I've done, honestly.”
The fifth and final season of The Bear, now streaming on Hulu and airing weekly on FX, follows Carmy, Sydney (Ayo Edebiri), Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), Tina (Liza Colón-Zayas), Marcus and the rest of the staff as they scramble to make every second of service count with their restaurant's future on the line.
Moss-Bachrach was also surprised to hear of White’s haul.

"Jeremy lives in LA, so he's got room for a 450-pound butcher block," said Moss-Bachrach, 49, who lives in New York City. "There's no room in my apartment for that. No way."
Instead, he took home some practical kitchen essentials.
“I did take a substantially smaller cutting board,” he revealed. “We got some nice cutting boards, and I have a couple of knives from the set.”

His costar, Colón-Zayas, who became the first Latina to win the Emmy for best supporting actress in a comedy series in 2024 for her role as sous chef Tina, did the same. She “got a few good knives” and “a few good skillets,” along with a few sentimental tchotchkes.

“I took the seat from my cast chair,” Colón-Zayas, 53, told PEOPLE. “I took the apron from season 1, the greasy apron. I was like, ‘This is where it started.’”
Abby Elliott, who plays Carmy's sister, Natalie "Sugar" Berzatto, kept another sweet item from the restaurant.
“I took a menu that's framed in my kitchen, The Bear menu," Elliott, 39, told PEOPLE, sharing that she also nabbed some of her character's cool clothing items into her stash to remember her time on the show.

“I took a lot of Sugar's wardrobe this past season,” she continued, adding, “The costumers are amazing. She wore a lot of vintage T-shirts to bed with [her husband] Pete and those T-shirts, they're all old Bears T-shirts and just fun stuff that I would never buy myself, but I'm like, 'Oh, this reminds me of Sugar.'"

Matty Matheson, who portrays Neil Fak and serves as the show’s culinary consultant, initially believed taking props was off limits after receiving an email asking to refrain from removing anything from the show.

“I didn't know that that was a thing on sets, people taking stuff,” he said. “I saw an email being like, "Please do not take anything.”
Eventually, he decided to break the rules—just once.
“I just took one thing,” Matheson said. “I was just like, I'm going to take the chair. So I took my chair.”
All episodes of The Bear are now streaming on Hulu. Episodes air weekly on FX on Thursdays at 9 p.m. until the Aug. 6 finale.
