Viture, a leading maker of XR and AR glasses, has partnered with S-Game, the studio behind Phantom Blade Zero, on the Phantom Beast XR Glasses. The limited-edition glasses apply the game’s “kungfupunk” look to Viture’s flagship XR hardware. Phantom Beast is available for pre-order now at $599 exclusively on viture.com. It ships on October 29, the same day Phantom Blade Zero launches.

“This was personal for me. Wuxia is part of how I grew up, and Phantom Blade Zero honors that world in a way I’ve been waiting to see for a long time,” said David Jiang, founder of VITURE. “Building Phantom Beast let us do more than put a logo on a product, we built a way for people who’ve never set foot in the Wulin to feel like they belong there. That’s what VITURE exists to do: put you inside the story, not just in front of it.”

The collaboration is Viture’s first with a Chinese game studio and its second major AAA tie-in after last year’s Cyberpunk 2077 Luma Cyber XR Glasses.

“The Viture × Phantom Blade Zero XR glasses bring the game’s distinctive kungfupunk aesthetic into the real world, combining cutting-edge technology with collectible appeal,” said Soulframe, Game Director and Founder of S-Game. “The cinematic scale and immersive experience of XR offer players a new way to step into the Wulin of Phantom Blade Zero and experience its world beyond the screen. I believe XR has the potential to become an exciting new stage for AAA gaming.”

Every surface of Phantom Beast draws from Phantom Blade Zero’s mix of classic Chinese wuxia and punk fantasy. Exclusive artwork, engravings, and iconography taken from the game’s blade-centric visual language sit on the same high-end optical engine and sharp display used in the standard Beast. The differences are in what you see and hold: a new case, a removable strap, and an on-screen display menu fully reskinned around Phantom Blade Zero’s interface.

Metalwork on the temples is shaped after Soul’s blade at the instant it leaves the scabbard—the pause before the cut. That image of held tension runs through the design. The detachable neck lanyard uses traditional wuxia patterns and martial-arts-inspired ornamental pads.

Like the standard Beast that Viture introduced in April, Phantom Beast offers the largest and most capable virtual screen in consumer XR glasses. Viture’s custom prism optics and latest Sony Micro-OLED panels produce a 174-inch (at 4 m) virtual display, 1200p per eye, 120 Hz, 1,250 nits peak brightness, nine-level electrochromic dimming, VisionPair 3DoF spatial tracking, and HARMAN AudioEFX spatial audio. Users can switch among five display modes, including a 32:9 panoramic option for super-ultrawide PC games.

The glasses connect over USB-C with plug-and-play support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Steam Deck. PlayStation players need Viture’s Pro Mobile Dock for PS5, PS4, Switch, Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and other HDMI sources. Switch and Switch 2 also work with the Mobile Dock Mini. Viture is currently the only XR glasses maker supporting Switch 2.
