Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have touched down in Nottingham for a series of royal-style engagements.
The visit represents their first joint public outing since returning to the UK at the end of August.
Fans assembled hoping to see the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, with enthusiastic supporters gathering along the streets to greet the couple as they re-emerged into the public spotlight. It comes after reports that Harry is "concerned" over his UK security review delay.

According to the Express, when the pair arrived, they were greeted by roughly 100 members of the public, in stark contrast to over 60 members of the media.

Meghan appeared effortlessly stylish as she embraced seasonal fashion, wearing a deep burgundy oversized coat - a style that has become somewhat characteristic of her look - complemented by a matching high-neck top and coordinating pointed heels.
Styling her dark hair in a sleek ponytail, the Duchess seemed to be transitioning away from her relaxed California chic toward a more refined, polished wardrobe as she begins a fresh chapter in Britain.
The pair seemed comfortable and warm with one another during the walkabout, with Harry placing a protective arm around his wife while they interacted with supporters together.
Standing beside Prince Harry, Meghan projected confidence and composure, with the duo presenting a unified image as they focused their attention on the initiatives and communities central to their visit.
Although the couple stepped down as senior working royals in 2020, they consider themselves "public figures" and were caught off guard when the King issued a letter clarifying that they were "private citizens" and did not represent the Firm.
Their three charitable engagements in Nottingham today will not become part of the couple's new routine, as Meghan remains focused on her As Ever lifestyle brand and their family, leaving little time to travel the country visiting patronages.

Harry and Meghan kicked off their day with a visit to the city's Community Recording Studio (CRS), with the duke meeting musician and poet Jah Digga, who attended CRS as a child, while the duchess joined young girls for a confidence-building and bracelet-making workshop.
Harry last visited the studio in St Ann's in September last year, when he personally donated £1.1 million ($1.4 million) to BBC Children In Need to support young people affected by violence.

The pair will then head to food poverty community action group Himmah Hub, where activities will include a cooking class and packing food-parcel donations. The visit will reunite Meghan with women from the Hub Community Kitchen.
The duchess' first solo project as a member of the royal family in 2018 involved supporting a Hubb Community Kitchen cookbook created by cooks who helped families affected by the Grenfell fire in London.
The final destination in Nottingham will be Epic Partners, an organization that supports children, young people and families across the St Ann's and Sneinton areas of the city through youth work, sport, mentoring and education.
However, such quasi-royal engagements will be "relatively rare" for Meghan, with the duchess prioritizing her children, her As Ever lifestyle brand and relaunching her acting career.
"She's reading a lot of scripts at the moment," a source told The Telegraph. The source noted that Harry and Meghan had "different professional priorities", stating, "Prince Harry's is his philanthropic work and public service.
"Her focus is on her family and children, followed by her business, followed by rebooting her acting career. Her public appearances will be relatively rare. She is reading a lot of scripts at the moment."
The source further noted that any remaining time would be devoted to "some charity work," emphasizing "she's not a working royal" but rather a full-time mother and entrepreneur.
Speculation had been rife regarding how former Suits star Meghan would occupy her time in the UK, with rumors circulating that she was in discussions for a role in the hit Netflix series The Gentlemen.
Meanwhile, a close friend of Meghan's revealed to Hello! magazine that the duchess was prepared to "stick her head above the parapet" during her Nottingham visit, adding: "She's up for it. There are still causes and there are still issues that Meghan is really passionate about supporting, and Nottingham is one of those."
