Michael Strahan is reportedly a father of five!

The "Good Morning America" host, 54, and girlfriend Kayla Quick quietly welcomed their first child together, a daughter, earlier this year, according to TMZ. Strahan is also dad to daughter Tanita, 34, and son Michael Jr., 31, whom he shares with ex-wife Wanda Hutchins, and twins Sophia and Isabella, 21, with ex-wife Jean Muggli.

The former New York Giants player and Quick, who founded wellness supplement brand FIZZNESS, were first romantically linked in 2015. In the years since, they have largely kept their relationship under wraps.

In 2023, they made a rare public appearance together when Quick attended a ceremony honoring Strahan as he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Strahan has been outspoken about his kids in the past, sharing in 2025 that his daughter Isabella Strahan had been diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a cancerous brain tumor, two years prior. She appeared alongside her dad on "GMA" at the time, explaining how she had to have emergency surgery to remove the golf ball-sized mass.

"You learn that you're probably not as strong as you thought you were when you have to really think about the real things, and I realized that I need support from everybody," the NFL star said. "You think that I'm the athlete, the tough guy, you know, I can come and handle, I'm the father in the family. It is not about any of that. It doesn't matter. And it's really made me change my perspective on so many things in my life."

After four rounds of chemotherapy and 30 rounds of radiation, Isabella Strahan was declared "cancer-free" in July 2024.

In September 2024, the Pro Football Hall of Famer revealed more big family news, announcing that his eldest daughter, Tanita Strahan, gave birth to her first child, son Onyx.

During an episode of "Fox NFL Sunday," Strahan declared, "Yes, I am a grandfather, everybody," as he threw his fists held up in celebration.

"It's really special because I know you guys have gone through this, and now I'm just happy to be able to join you in that club," he added. "Everybody's good."
