Kylie Jenner wowed in a daringly low-cut dress during an episode of the “Better Half With Stas & Vic” podcast on August 26.

During the August 26 interview, Jenner revealed that she wants surgery to size up from her current breast augmentation—445 cc silicone implants.

Jenner first opened up about her breast surgery during a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, in which she revealed she had her breasts enlarged when she was 19.

On August 26, Jenner sat down with her close friends, Stas Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel, for a candid discussion on their “Better Half With Stas & Vic” podcast. Dressed in a plunging black halter dress, the beauty mogul didn’t mince words as she opened up about wanting bigger boobs.

“I want my tits to walk in before I do,” she admitted when Karanikolaou brought up her breast augmentation specs, which made headlines in June 2025. “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!!” Jenner told a brave fan when asked about the details of her augmentation surgery. She also took the opportunity to share that her procedure was done by Dr. Garth Fisher, the plastic surgeon behind Kourtney Kardashian’s breast augmentation and Kris Jenner’s facelift.

‘I say it every day. I’m like, “They need to be bigger and more out there. I want my tits to walk in before I do,” she said as Karanikolaou joked that she’d heard her friend talk about enlarging her breast augmentations for the past year.

Now a mom of two, Jenner told Karanikolaou and Villarroel that she doesn’t expect to follow through on her desire to get bigger boobs until after she turns 30. In the meantime, however, she does plan to get a belly-button piercing. “[I want] diamonds dripping from my belly button,” she told her friends. “Just to experience it,” she added.

For the chat, Jenner wore a satin halter dress with a plunging neckline that dipped down to her ribcage. As Jenner sat on the fuzzy, tiger print sofa with one leg crossed over her knee, the hem of the dress appeared to fall at her mid-calf. She styled the simple yet elegant outfit with silver diamond-encrusted earrings and a matching wristwatch.

While the recording session was more about the mic than the cameras, Jenner also made sure her glam was flawless. Leaning into her usual sculpted look, the Kylie Skin founder opted for warm bronzer and blush, a matching lip, and black mascara. Her long black hair, like her dress, cascaded down her back with a silky finish.

In the Season 3 finale of The Kardashians, Jenner, who had her first breast augmentation at age 19, admitted she wishes she’d waited to get a boob job until after she had children. “I had beautiful breasts, like natural tits” she told Karanikolaou, per People. “Just gorgeous, perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children.”

On her Instagram Stories on August 27, Jenner shared a much more lax look consisting of a cropped gray tank top and matching sweatpants tucked into her favorite Chrome Hearts x UGG boots in pink. The suede shoes feature gothic leather cross embellishments and bedazzled detailing along the ankles. Dressing the casual outfit up slightly, she styled the look with a pink snakeskin handbag by Gucci and a silver wristwatch.
