"They are the most darling little videos. I've saved them," the proud grandma tells PEOPLE in an exclusive interview
Kathy is a grandparent to eight grandchildren through her four children, which include daughters Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton Rothschild
One of Kathy Hilton’s grandchildren is already eager to step into the family business.
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the fashion designer, 67, says granddaughter Theodora "Teddy", 8, films fake QVC and skincare review videos — taking a page out of her extended family's entrepreneurial playbook.
"She's not online, but she does these little videos, where she goes, 'Hi. My grandma, she's on this new show, and it's called QVC. I think you may have heard of it?' " Kathy says of Teddy, who is daughter Nicky Hilton Rothschild's middle child.
"And then Paris will send her a packet of her skincare, and Teddy goes, 'Okay, I'm going to unwrap it,' and she takes all the things out and shows the product," the proud grandma continues, referring to eldest child, Paris Hilton, and her skincare line, Parívie.
"I mean, they are the most darling little videos. I've saved them. They're just so cute," Kathy adds. "So we have an entrepreneur with Nicky's little girl right off the bat."

Kathy shares four children with husband Rick Hilton. Along with Paris, 45, and Nicky, 42, the couple, who wed in 1979, are also parents to sons Barron Hilton II and Conrad Hilton.
Paris and husband Carter Reum are parents to son Phoenix Barron, 3, and daughter London Marilyn, 2. Nicky and husband James Rothschild are mom and dad to Teddy, as well as daughter Lily-Grace, 9, and son Chasen, 3.
Barron, 36, and wife Tessa Hilton share three children: daughter Milou, 6, and sons Caspian, 3, and Apollo, 2. Conrad, 32, meanwhile, does not have any children.

The Hiltons have familial ties to Conrad Hilton — the founder of Hilton Hotels. Later generations of the famous family have expanded and diversified their work into areas such as entertainment and fashion, as well as real estate.
Kathy's latest business venture sees her partnering with Keurig to promote the brand's K-Mini Mate Plus Coffee Maker — especially its Wild Orchid color.
"It's the one coffee machine I can do. It's really compact, it's easy," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tells PEOPLE. "It's adorable, and the coffee is excellent."
According to Kathy, Keurig's K-Mini Mate Plus Coffee Maker is a perfect gift, especially for moms ahead of Mother's Day on Sunday, May 10.
When it comes to her Mother's Day plans this year, Kathy tells PEOPLE she will spend time with her large family and take part in some charity work.
Looking back at Mother's Day celebrations of years past, she recalls, "We have always celebrated going out for a meal at the Bel Air Hotel or The Beverly Hills Hotel."
"The children would be all dressed up and on their best behavior, and they would make handmade cards," Kathy continues.
She adds that she loves "spending a beautiful, full day with the family."
