Joy Behar just brought out 40 years' worth of beef to *The View*'s Hot Topics table.

The 83-year-old comedian and actress welcomed her former *Hiding Out* costar Jon Cryer for an interview Friday on the daytime talk show, but aired out some dirty laundry before the discussion got going.

"How are you? Welcome back to the show. You were here several years ago, I think," Behar told Cryer, who said, "You and I? Destiny always brings us back together."

Behar replied, "We did a movie together one time, *Hiding Out*. I got in trouble," adding that she "started crying and everything" on the set of the 1987 comedy directed by Bob Giraldi.

"The director wasn't nice to me. So, I started crying," Behar alleged. "And then I trashed him on TV, mercilessly!" Cryer then quipped, "See, so it all worked out!"

According to a synopsis, *Hiding Out* followed "a young Boston stockbroker on the run from the mob" who "decides to hide out in his little cousin's small town, and accidentally enrolls as a high school student."
