The couple interacts on social media semi-regularly. On Tuesday, Aug. 25, Momoa shared photos from Arjona’s Vogue Latinoamérica photo shoot to Instagram, writing, “So proud of you, TE AMO MI AMOR.”

Onslaught marks Arjona’s first movie since last year’s comedy Splitsville. In April, she stepped out at CinemaCon in Las Vegas to preview her upcoming film with Michael B. Jordan, The Thomas Crown Affair, a remake of the original 1968 movie that starred Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway. (Jordan and Arjona’s film comes more than two decades after a 1999 reboot that starred Pierce Brosnan and Rene Russo.)
The actress also recently joined the cast of James Gunn’s follow-up to last year’s Superman movie, Man of Tomorrow.
Momoa most recently appeared on the big screen in DC’s June superhero movie Supergirl. He will also appear in this year’s Street Fighter movie and will reprise his Dune role as Duncan Idaho in Dune: Part Three this December.
Onslaught is in theaters Friday, Sept. 4.
