What Does Curtis Have to Say About Aging?
Curtis has been vocal about her criticism of the plastic surgery industry. She's even said that she's "embracing aging fully." But the star admitted last year that that isn't entirely true.
"And by the way, that's a total lie," she shared in an episode of NPR’s Wild Card with Rachel Martin podcast. “That I don’t care. Of course I care.”
“When I look in the mirror, I am looking at the problem, I’m looking at the solution. You know, I can’t filter the mirror," Curtis explained. “The deep, dark, truthful mirror is coming for all of us. We can pretend it isn’t… We can alter reality all we want. We can take a photograph, AI-altered, Facetuning, whatever the f--- it is. But my point is simply: You can’t hide the truth.”
Curtis concluded by clarifying that to her, not caring means she doesn't have to hide who she really is.
"When I say I don’t care, I don’t care about hiding the truth anymore,” she explained.
