Paige Paul is opening up about her decision to change her last name.
On Aug. 25, the 28-year-old influencer — formerly known as Paige Lorenze — appeared on Amanda Hirsch’s podcast, Not Skinny But Not Fat, where she discussed her viral wedding to tennis pro Tommy Paul earlier this summer, her business, Dairy Boy, and her future plans for motherhood.
During their conversation, Hirsch noted that Paige legally changed her last name to match her husband’s — and changed her Instagram handle from “Paige Lorenze” to “Paige Paul” on the day of her wedding.
“Did you think about it?” Hirsch asked Paige about the choice to switch her name online. “People would assume that you would debate — this is your brand.”
“It was never a question,” responded Paige. “I love his last name. I love him. It’s an honor to me to have his last name.”

The content creator did admit that “almost everyone” in the business world attempted to convince her to keep her last name, but she felt in her “bones” that it was the right decision. And Paige — who also shared during the conversation that she wants to have five or six children with Tommy — noted that she wanted to share her last name with her children.
“I’m traditional in that way,” she continued. “I think marriage is so beautiful, and it was never a question.”
Paige and Tommy started dating in 2022, and the athlete popped the question in a romantic beachside proposal in 2025. They held their wedding in July at Old Westbury Gardens, a mansion in Long Island, N.Y.
