Bad Bunny ended his DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS World Tour on a powerful note.

Over a year since the artist — born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio — kicked off his No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí residency at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in July 2025, the Grammy-winning star has traveled all over the world to perform songs from his hit album DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS. To conclude this record-breaking era, it was only natural he brought the show back home.

On Aug. 17, the “Me Porto Bonito” singer announced two additional dates for his world tour — where Hennessy is the official global presenting sponsor — taking place at Hiram Bithorn Stadium and dubbed Cerramos en Casa (Spanish for “we’re closing at home”). When he took the stage on Aug. 22, Bad Bunny delivered a powerful message about the island’s ongoing water crisis before launching into “LA MuDANZA.”

“I can’t bring water to those who don’t have water. I can’t bring electricity to those who lose power every day. What I want to bring you today is a little bit of joy,” the 32-year-old star said. “What I want to bring you today is the desire to keep feeling pride in being from here. What I want to bring you today is hope and strength to fight and to keep defending this land.”

Then, the “NUEVAYoL” singer paused to make a heartfelt declaration to his Puerto Rican fans: “You don’t need me, I need you.”

“You don’t need any artist or any celebrity, we need you. This stadium is full today because of you. I am here today because of you. My success, and that of every artist that comes from this island, and there’s many of us, is because of you,” he said, before asking fans to forget about any problems “happening outside the stadium” and live in the moment.

Bad Bunny’s conclusion of the tour in Puerto Rico marked the end of an era that made him the first person to win Album of the Year for a Spanish-language record at the 2026 Grammy Awards and the first time a Latino solo artist to headline the Super Bowl halftime show.

To celebrate the weight of the moment, Hennessy brought immersive brand activations and cultural experiences to the island. Beginning with the Hennessy ClĂșB activation, which was named after Bad Bunny’s “El CLĂșB,” fans could enter to drink signature Hennessy drinks, play dominoes and listen to live bomba percussion before entering the stadium.

At the concert, two signature Hennessy drinks were unveiled: “Henny de Coco,” which was inspired by the Puerto Rican moonshine pitorro de coco (Bad Bunny has a song of the same name on the album), and “Hennessy Pasión,” which pairs the French cognac with passionfruit and lemonade.

At the end of the show, Bad Bunny toasted the end of his historic run with a red solo cup as the sky was lit up by fireworks. His final two songs were “DtMF” and “EoO.”
